The Credentialing Program of SGD ensures that our skills and talents remain at par with the world’s best. It also ensures that teammates continue to display the brand of quality and competence for which SGD is known. In the said program, medical technologists are encouraged to train in any of the specialist streams of Hematology, Immunochemistry and Microbiology. The 30-day intensive program is followed by a series of written and oral examinations. As of writing, SGD has provided specialist training to at least 200 individuals. Truly a remarkable feat considering that SGD has over 300 medical technologists scattered around the more than 40 sites all over the Philippines.
Singapore Diagnostics hosts scientific meetings for the team-members across the country. These scientific meetings are vital in pushing the boundaries of knowledge, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation in the organization. These scientific gatherings remain as one of SGD's cornerstone in building forward thinkers. This continuously propels the team to be updated with best practices and latest innovations in the scientific community.
The "SGD Future Leaders Program" is a forward-facing initiative of the company designed to identify, nurture, and empower emerging leaders who will play pivotal roles in shaping the company’s future. SGD Future Leaders Program is an investment in the future, preparing individuals to take on leadership roles and make meaningful contributions not only in Singapore Diagnostics but also to their communities, organizations, and the country.
